About the event

Come and join us during ‘Great Nurdle Hunt’ week on our mission to hunt out tiny nurdles of plastic on the beach.

According to recent studies, billions of tiny plastic pellets, known as 'nurdles' are lost into the UK environment each year. These can significantly harm marine wildlife once they make it into the sea.

We aim to collect vital evidence to add to existing data on the extent of the environmental impacts of all sources of marine plastic pollution.
